Berlin, Md. – The Coastal Association of REALTORS® (CAR) welcomed 23 new REALTORS® during New Member Orientation on Monday, August 8, 2016.    

New Member Orientation is a requirement for all members of CAR. Attendees are introduced to services provided by the association and are afforded the opportunity to hear from a panel of experts, comprised of seasoned REALTORS® and affiliate members. Following New Member Orientation, CAR offers training for its Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This training is mandatory in order to utilize the MLS.

New Member Orientation is held at the association quarterly and MLS training is offered every month.

“The fact that we have 23 new members this month is a testament to the strength of the market on the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland,” said CAR President Linda Moran. “We welcome these new REALTORS® and wish them the best of luck, and hope they have thriving, successful careers in real estate.
