Berlin, Md. – Terry Riley, a REALTOR® with Vantage Resort Realty in Ocean City, was the winner of a drawing sponsored by the Coastal Association of REALTORS® (CAR) for members who donated blood at this year’s OC Cares Blood Drive.
Riley won 10.5 hours of required Continuing Education (CE), valued at over $100. The classes Riley will be able to complete at no cost are Legal Update; Fair Housing; Ethics, Predatory Lending & Flipping; and MDREC Agency. These classes are offered at the CAR Training Center in Berlin.
REALTORS® must complete a certain amount of CE each year to maintain their Maryland Real Estate Salesperson License.
“Congratulations to Terry for winning the drawing and thanks to all of our members who donated or volunteered their time at the blood drive,” said CAR President Don Bailey. “We love to see our members support a local and worthy cause.”
Anyone who was unable to attend the blood drive but would still like to donate should make an appointment by visiting www.delmarvablood.org or by calling 1-800-548-4009.
