ZipForms is a real estate transaction management software that Coastal Association of REALTORS® members can access through a partnership with Maryland REALTORS® . It's an electronic forms software that can help increase productivity and reduce paperwork. ZipForms offers a variety of features, including:

  • One-click title orders: You can order titles with a single click
  • Automatic status tracking: You can track the status of your transaction automatically
  • In-product chat: You can chat with your agent within the product
  • Secure document sharing: You can share documents securely
  • One-click order cancellations: You can cancel orders with a single click
  • Real-time sync: You can get accurate data at closing with real-time sync
  • Templates: You can set up templates using commonly-used forms from multiple libraries
  • Two-way communication: Information entered into documents will update other areas of the transaction
  • Checklists: You can create checklists and tasks to manage your transaction
  • Notes: You can add notes to the transaction for your own reference

Real estate forms are used for writing real estate contracts or to assist in the process of completing a real estate transaction. The majority are published by a number of REALTOR® sources and are made available only to local associations, Maryland REALTORS® or NAR members.  They are protected by copyright and provided by REALTORS® for use by REALTORS®.  CAR members are encouraged to use forms provided by Maryland REALTORS® whenever possible.  In those cases where Maryland REALTORS® supplied forms do not fulfill needs specific to CAR, the association provides its own custom forms and addenda.
